These Terms govern the use of the Discord bot Universed. By inviting or using Universed, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Bot

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Universed on your Discord servers.

Universed is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uptime, availability, or freedom from errors.

We may change, restrict, or discontinue any features of Universed at any time.

2. Requirements and Responsibility

You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.

You are responsible for the content and activities on the servers where Universed is used.

You must not use Universed to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use Universed in any way that:

  • violates applicable law,
  • is used to harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm others,
  • supports spam, phishing, fraud, or other abusive behavior,
  • attempts to circumvent security measures or disrupt Discord, Universed, or other services,
  • violates the Discord Developer Terms of Service or other Discord platform rules.

We reserve the right to block or remove access to Universed for users or servers that violate these Terms or Discord's rules.

4. Availability and Changes

There is no entitlement to a specific level of availability or to any particular feature of Universed.

We may update, modify, or discontinue Universed or any part of it at any time, with or without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use Universed.

We do not guarantee that Universed will be free of errors, secure, or available at all times.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example if new features are added to Universed or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be made available at this URL and will apply to any continued use of the Bot.
